Whenever rewards are available for your neuron, they will be shown in your neurons table on the Gold dApp. Click on "Claim rewards" for the respective token to claim the rewards on this neuron or simply claim all rewards by clicking on the top button "Claim rewards".
After a few seconds, the claimed rewards will then appear in your balance. You may need to refresh your balance for it show up.
